Hi, my name is Michael.

I'm a software engineer, artist, and machine learning enthusiast. I currently live in San Francisco, and come from the small, rural town of South Bend, WA.

I moved to the city in 2010 at the age 18 to live/work in an art collective. At 26 I started to code, as part of my interest in the intersection of digital synthesizers and machine learning models. Deciding at 28 to go to college to pursue a degree in Mathematics.

Having finished that degree I am now currently working on a piece of software that helps manage the finances for artists like My Chemical Romance, The Weeknd, Tate McRae and other acts that define large scale tours.

I enjoy spending my free time investigating different modalities of human-computer interaction. Whether it's working on novel audio synthesizers or fine tuning ML models, I'm excited about the potential to extend and expand human possibilities as far as possible.
